The Homeowners Association is the most friendly part of any neighborhood. They help keep house prices in the neighborhood high so you get to pay more property taxes. They manage to do this in many kind and respectful ways like forcing you to cut your grass every 30 minutes so it doesn't grow too high or making you put new mulch (yummy snack btw) in you front yard every 3 days. The best part is even if you don't do all the things they want you to do they are kind and forgiving. All they make you do is pay a silly fee. Its like paying extra property taxes (I love taxation.) They also help encourage you to have a healthy lifestyle. By telling us to not have out garbage cans by the curb they are calling us out one our lack of exercise forcing us to do garbage can moving workout. Of course all these kind things they do for us doesn't come free. We must pay yearly fee to them in thanks of their service, but luckily for us they love to raise the fee every year. They will definitely use the extra money to become even better.
